Site Maintenance
Frequency provides site maintenance to clients where required. Services included in maintenance agreements include essential software updates to server-based applications, spam and abuse prevention, content updates and visitor monitoring.
In addition we also provide site management on request. This typically is for sites that have user-interactive features such as messageboards, guest books, public member facilities or comment systems and where users can add their on content to the site. Active messageboards require constant monitoring to prevent unwanted guests adding inappropriate content and/or advertising spam. Subscription-based mailing lists also need to be constantly monitored for incorrect email addresses and other errors.
