About Us
Frequency is a creative design studio established in 2005 by designers Liam Fitzgerald and Killian Holland. Both are graduates of the Limerick School of Art and Design, holding BA (Hons) in Design, and have a combined experience of nearly 25 years in the design industry.
With 13 years experience in the Irish design industry before founding Frequency, Liam spent over 4 years as Creative Director of BBC Advertising in Dublin, where he was responsible for all print and digital media communications solutions. His clients included Fujitsu Siemens Computers, Permanent TSB Finance, Eircell, Columbia Tristar Home Entertainment, National Treatment Purchase Fund and Mapflow. Previous to his position with BBC Advertising, Liam held the position of Creative Director for two leading Irish design agencies in Dublin.
Killian brings over 11 years experience to the partnership having most recently worked as a director of The Design House, one of the leading design agencies in Dublin where his clients included, Jurys Doyle Hotels, Bank of Ireland, the Broadcasting Commission of Ireland, FÁS, Media Lab Europe, the Marine Institute, Merck Sharpe and Dohme and Roche. Killian previously held the position of Global Creative Director with Digital Channel Partners. His clients included Dresdner Kleinwort Benson, Gartner Group and Bank of Ireland. Previous to his position with DCP, Killian worked as Creative Director with Cosmedia, who were subsequently acquired by DCP. Killian has extensive experience in a wide range of design channels, encompassing digital and print design.
Frequency now has a client list that includes four of the world’s best-selling children’s authors as well as business clients in Ireland, the UK and the Middle East. As well as providing web and print design solutions, Frequency also provides additional services such as audio-video editing, podcast production, and multimedia production.
